For Eric Hunter's group we've used the 510/21BP with 505LP and a 560/40BP with a 525LP.
This was on our LSRII with a 20mW 488 in a 5-3-3 configuration.

Has anyone been separating GFP and YFP on the LSRII/Aria?

I am interested in suggestions for filter sets that will minimize 
compensation and maximize sensitivity (aren't we all?) In any case, 
if you can share your experience that would be helpful before we 
order filters.
