Hi Mark,

We are using new filters in our FacsAria to perform EGFP-YFP separation.

For EGFP we use a 495LP and a 510/20 BP
For YFP we use a 527LP and a 550/30 BP

We use a compensation about 20-30% for each one.
The results are quite good.
We acquire the filters at Omega Filters.

Si té solució, de què et queixes?
Si no té solució, de què et queixes?
