RE: GFP and YFP on the LSRII/Aria

Hi Mark,

For the separation of GFP and YFP on the LSRII/Aria/CantoII you got use
the next filters.
For YFP 550/30BP with the 525LP en for GFP 510/20BP with (or without)
the 505LP.

Has anyone been separating GFP and YFP on the LSRII/Aria?

I am interested in suggestions for filter sets that will minimize
compensation and maximize sensitivity (aren't we all?) In any case, if
you can share your experience that would be helpful before we order
