Hi everyone I have 4 color files were acquired on the Calibur with Cell Quest Pro, I tried to recompensate them using Summit 4.3, the four parameter were nicely recognized by Summit but the compensation was not working, as soon as I try to compensate the data disappear, any idea please. I have done the same with 2 color file and it was working with no problems. I can send you the file to try if you like further information.
