Hi Greg,

Could i check with you what was the amplitude that worked well with the below mentioned settings and roughly what range was obtained for the gap value?

Many thanks,
Pearly

Hi Barb,

I have a 130um nozzle and using a frequency between 17-18 at 12 psi works well for us.  We can see the break-off and have no issues sorting.  You may need to place the attenuation on.  The key is to make sure you get the air out of system (let it sit 30 -60 mins before accudrop) and start with a full PBS container.

Good luck,

Greg

Aria users

I am going to try the 130 nozzle for the first time - can I get some
suggestions for a starting point for sheath pressure and frequency?

Thanks
