ratio Fluo4/fura red in flow jo

We are attempting to publish some calcium flux data from Fura 
red/fluo4 ratio experiments in alveolar macrophages. unfortunately i have no
experience with flow jo... how can a manage to keep the y- scale of
ratio constant? so far each experiment has a different scale...does
the ratio has to be in a range from 0,1-1? and is there a way that
flow jo shows me the statistics in the layout sheet?
