Fluorescent Microscope to assist MoFlo

Hi all

I have moved labs within the department, and the scope I used is a bit out
of the way now. Hence I am interested in purchasing a microscope and would
appreciate some advice.

I mainly use the scope to set-up the drop-delay on our MoFlo, using BC
FlowCheck beads. It would be good to use it to occasionally check cells,
viability etc also. The one I used to use is an Olympus BX51- probably a lot
fancier than I need, with camera and imaging computer and software. A
reasonably inexpensive/ basic one with a relatively small footprint would be
handiest I'd say.

Just if anyone might have any suggestions/advice/ recommendations, that
would be great..

Many thanks as always

Barry.
