This is most likely not a hematolymphoid process but instead a "small round blue cell tumor", something along the lines of Ewings sarcoma or neuroblastoma. Or even a small cell carcinoma (lung primary) or melanoma if this patient is an adult. CD56+/CD45- is the expected phenotype, and we often see CD15 in this setting.
