Interesting profile,
I would try:

CD64
CD36
CD123
glycophorin
CD16
CD61
CD41

CD56 (NCAM) and CD15 (transient in brain) also react with neural cells, ?possible brain
derived tumor cells?

Subject: Question

I have a question about a patient who has in his bone marrow blast cells
with the following immunofenotype:
CD45-, CD15+, CD56+
CD13-, CD33-, CD34-, CD117-, CD14-, MPO-
CD19-, CD22-
CD3-, CD4-, CD8-
CD138-
Has anyone have an idea what celltype/leukemia this is or which other
monoclonal antibodies i should test
I will thank you for your comments
Thanks a lot

Gert Jan
