T cell transfection

Dear Flowers,

Can you recommend me a methods for efficient T cell transfection? In 
particular something effective for siRNA introduction into T cell (but not 
involving retro/lentiviruses),. What would be an expected effectiveness of 
such methods (e.g. percent of transfected T cells)?
