Dilution of bone marrow

Dilution of bone marrow with peripheral blood can greatly compromise the
quality of the bone marrow sample and the subsequent FACS analysis.

I would greatly appreciate hearing how you manage to avoid or at least
diminish the possibility of receiving these inadequate, potentially
misleading specimens.
