Offline cytometry analysis software

Dear Colleagues in the world of cytometry

We are currently attempting to turn our cytometry systems into a an
electronic controlled reporting environment (with a single paper copy for
ease of review only).  We collect the original acquisition using a 21 CFR
compliant acquisition module on a Coulter FC500, but I am trying to
determine if there are comparable software solutions which will allow us to
maintain FDA 21 CFR part 11 control of cytometry data when transferred for
off-line listmode analysis and reporting into an MS Excel spreadsheet after
transfer to a network server.  I am aware of FCS Express, but have not used
this software and would value other users experience.  Does FloJo now have
21 CFR capability for example?

I hope you can offer advice and I will as is the norm these days post a
synopsis of findings.
