Ficoll and tissue samples

I've a group who is layering minced, mesh-strained (no DNAse digestion)
human decidual tissue on Ficoll. They are also using an adherence step
before Ficoll to deplete fibroblasts.

Could someone please tell me in which layer of the Ficoll separation I can
expect to find the human tissue macrophages and dendritic cells? Will they
be in the buffy interface layer?

Thanks again,
Annie Bang.
