Hello All, I have been trying to sort P. fluorescens bacteria for high and low expression of GFP or his-tagged protein on a Cytopeia Influx cell sorter, and have been getting inconsistent sort purity results. I am new to the microbiological flow cytometry field, and am working out sort criteria and gating strategies. If anyone has any useful advice for sorting bacteria, or any insights about using the Influx for this system, I would welcome the information. Thanks in advance for the help.
