Hello all, an now for a science question.....

A colleague of mine wants to look at CD117 expression on an adherent
human cell line, but this antigen is sensitive to trypsin.
Unfortunately, EDTA alone isn't enough to get these cells off the
plastic and physically scraping them off would be our last resort.

Has anyone successfully used an alternative cell-detaching agent (eg.
accutase, liberase etc.) while retaining expression of this antigen?

many thanks in advance, Sian.
