Cancer Center flow facilities

Hello,
Apologies in advance for the narrow scope of this posting. This email is
addressed to those running cores with NIH support grants, esp. those of you
in NCI designated Cancer Centers.

I wanted to know if anyone running a core with recharge rates is using
support grant funds to pay service contracts?

If so, is your core exclusive to just the department (e.g., only Cancer
Center members get access)?
If not, are you using support funds to pay salary only?
