Hi Ahmed,
are you primarily interested in a Standard Operating Protocol for  
deployment in a Clinical Flow facility, or are you more interested in  
the 'Research' aspects of CD34+ cell analysis?
Once you have indicated what you need to do, we can help you a lot  
more efficiently.
