Hi
I am novice to this field. I am have thinking about staining HIV-I vectors for their envelope with a specific antibody and their genome with nucleic acid stain so my question what is the size limitation to flow cytometry as the virus are around 80 to 120nm and the single stranded RNA genome is around 10kb. Does this make it too small to be detected by flow?
