Hello all, I'm going to be staining human DC's for the presence or absence of type 1 interferon's. Is there a consensus on which intracellular protein transport inhibitor, Monensin or Brefeldin A, would better to use in this application after cell (PBMC) stimulation? Is there another IPTI that I'm missing?
