FACS on lung infiltrating cells

Can anyone point me to a good protocol for digesting mouse lungs for
FACS analysis of tumor and infiltrating cells? 

 

Is a density gradient necessary (or preferred) for isolating the cells
or is that only needed if something like DCs are trying to be isolated
for culturing?
