Hi all, I need to check the percentange of CD14-monocytes and granulocytes after Ficoll of human whole blood, which always consists of a small percentage of granulocytes in my samples. I search the forum and see a post talking about using CD15,CD16 for staining, together with CD14. Since I use 2.4G supernatant to block the non-specific binding of mouse IgG to the human cells CD16 might not be a good choice for me. I wonder if any one has more comments about CD15/CD14, CD16/CD14 staining or further information about this topic. Thank you very much in advance, Li ____________________________________________________________________________________ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile.
