Hi FLOWers,

We have a customer who wants to isolate the proliferating cells in a
cell culture model by FACS and process them for RNA. What would be the
best way to sort for proliferating cells, that will still preserve the
cells so they can be processed for RNA?

Thanks,
Jennifer
