96-well protocol

Dear all,

I was wondering if anyone had a protocol in place for
fixing/perming/washing/staining in 96-well format for phospho-flow. A
member of my lab is trying to streamline a protocol for pStat5, Ptyr and
other intracellular targets and wanted a paper to reference or official
