Types of fluorescent beads used for validation of the ACDU (FACS Aria)

Dear Flowers,

I am interested to know

1) What type of beads you have used to validate the single cell deposition function (ACDU of the FACS Aria)

2) What was the recovery like?

3) Is this step performed everyday immediately before you perform a plate sort and do you still have to run the accudrops after this is done?
