Hi

I am sorting mouse spleen cells using FACS Aria and have never had
any problems regarding unstable threshold. I have my cells in PBS, 10
million cells/ml and have always mixing and cooling on when I start.
If you have more cells than 10 million/ ml it may happen that they
will fall down. Hope this helps and I will be happy to help more if
this dose not help.
