Macrophages Marker

Dear all,

 

Thanks for all the information provided through this discussion list. We
will be trying to analyse BAL by flow cytometry, with particular
interest in macrophages. Any suggestions of what markers should we use
and the best fluorochromes to combine them with. We have a 4 colour FACS
Calibur.
