Solid State Lasers on a MoFlo for fluorescent proteins

I have a general question for people about their experience with using	
Fluorescent proteins. Specifically, GFP, CFP, YFP, RFP. Does anyone  
have any experience using solid state lasers to excite these  
proteins?  If so, what brand and model are you using, and what power  
are you running your lasers at to excite them?	Any advice/thoughts on	
solid state lasers in general for using them on a MoFlo?
