 Dear Cytometry Colleagues,


I am excited to tell you that I have accepted a position with a new company,
but I want to assure Partec's customers that I am not deserting them.  I am
leaving GCAT and have accepted a position as Chief Operating Officer at
Partec North America.  In fact, I feel this change will enable me to give
