Hello everybody, does anyone have experience with cell plating after sorting for annexin positive and negative cells? Can annexin positive sorted cells survive? I have been sorting bovine fibroblasts induced with staurosporine in FACSAria. Annexin negative cells are living after plating and, surprising for us, positive cells are surviving as well.
