Dear Dr. Vámosi,

Have you heard of the Vybrant DyeCycle Dyes out of Molecular Probes / Invitrogen? They
are really optimal for live cell cycle analysis. You can use the dyes to analyze, sort
and re-grow cells. Although we do not currently have a 633 excitable version we do have
a 532 excitable version, please see:

Subject: [ Live DNA dye with 633 excitation? ]

Dear All,

I would be interested in using a DNA binding dye
with 633 nm excitation and live staining
conditions. By now I have tested DRAQ5, but found
some unspecific binding to proteins in addition
to DNA binding. I would also be interested in
other red dyes with 532 excitation that do not
overlap at all with the FL1 channel on a flow
cytometer. (PI and EB have relatively large
overlaps with the green channel, so they are no good).

Many thanks,
