Responsibilities:
_ Develop, validate and perform flow cytometric based analytical  
methods in support of drug development projects.
_ Provide appropriate documentation of assay performance  
characteristics.
_ Perform high sample volume testing in support of drug development  
studies.
_ Participate as a member of FACS team, which actively collaborates  
with other functional
groups.
_ Assist in support of centralized instrumentation facility,  
including frequent interactions with facility users.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
_ At least, BSc/BA degree in cell biology or related field.
_ Has a good understanding of immunology.
_ Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of flow cytometry, with  
preference to those with experience using BD cytometry platforms.
_ Knowledge of good documentation practices.
_ Possesses a good working knowledge of a variety of laboratory  
automation systems.
_ Has clinically expertise.
_ Has practical knowledge of immunochemical, biochemical or  
biological methodologies.
_ Expertise in both PC and Macintosh computer platforms and  
applications.
_ Experience in the development and validation of quantitative assays.
_ Possesses good communicative skills.
