Hi Sunny, to get the very best signal, go with the PE conjugated secundaries instead of the FITC - regardless of manufacturer. As for supplier: we use a lot of Jackson Immunoresearch secundaries, esp. multi-species (typically bovine, human) crossabsorbed goat anti mouse Fab2's. (http://www.jacksonimmuno.com/) I never did a head-to-head comparison with DAKO products, so this is no endorsement of the former supplier's superiority but rather a suggested alternative, which is what you seem to be looking for. My primary antibodies are mouse monoclonal IgG1 and IgG2a class. I have tested F0479 (goat anti mouse-FITC) from DAKO, it works. But I need to get the strongest signal if possible. Does anyone know any good secondary ab?
