Hello flow-ers, in our lab we are working with BD FACS-Diva 5.0.1 for Data aquisition. After closing the experiment we use the FCS-export function and analyze data with FlowJo 6.4 Within the last few days we have a problem detecting the fcs-data in FlowJo. After we load the fcs-data into FlowJo, we cannot see the tube names in the "Name" column although the data are there. We just cannot see the names, which makes analysis a little bit difficult. As this problem occurs just frequently, we are not sure if this is a problem of DIVA´s export function or of FlowJo. Has anybody of you seen the same problems ? Thanks for any suggestions.
