Dear Flowers, I would be grateful if you could kindly help me to discuss this result. “I’ve performed experiments with Jurkat cells, which cell viability, apoptosis and proliferation were studied after treating cells by various concentration of flavonoids. One of these flavonoids, induced G2M arrest and apoptosis in cells but had no effect on the cell proliferation (measured by BrdU incorporation ELISA assay.“ I have no idea to discuss this results and it’s kind of you to send me your helpful comments.
