Has anyone got any special tips for determining lymphocyte subsets in BAL specimens? Are mucolytics necessary? Do they improve results? Are they detrimental? If you've used these enzymes and found them advantageous, can you suggest a product and procedure? Also,how useful is the information gained by such analyses in the clinical setting?
