Research Technician-Immunology/Flow Cytometry The Division of Viral Pathogenesis at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center has a position for a research technician with 0-6 years of experience working in a large, dynamic laboratory studying basic science and clinical aspects of AIDS vaccines. Duties include functional T cell assays and complex flow cytometry analysis of lymphocyte subsets. This position requires performing basis protein chemistry (e.g. fluorochrome conjugation). Successful candidates should have a B.A./B.S. Previous experience in protein chemistry, flow cytometry and monitoring of cellular immune function is desirable. Both entry level and experienced candidates will be considered. Extensive training in state-of-the-art flow cytometry will be available to select and motivated individuals.
