Alireza,

We routinely use 7AAD for viability determination on thawed PBMC. We
resuspend the lyophilized powder (1mg) with 50ml sterile DPBS (it is
difficult to get into solution, but it will go) aliquot and store at 20ēC
for years. We stain cells with approximately 5ug/ml for 15min. Once an
aliquot is thawed, we store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and see
little change in fluorescent intensity.

Not sure if this preparation will work for other applications, but for us,
it works great!

Good luck!
