Hi Adhra, We used CD38 of various colors, including FITC, on the XLs located at the IMVS with no problems. I'm sure many people over there, in the Division of Haematology (if you like I can specify the names) will be able to provide you with a valuable advice on that. Regards. I am currently planning to add CD38 to my five colour stainings technique for detecting minimal residual disease in AML.I am little bit restircted on using CD38-FITC in the panel to look at stem cell CD34+CD38-. Does anyone out there know how CD38-FITC perform? I have been working with CD38-PE and it was great! However, due to the restrictions in the combinations of MoAb, we have to use CD38-FITC now? Any comments? recommendations?
