Cy7 Tandem Compensation

We have been experiencing compensation problems with the APC and PE
Cy7 tandems. Often the spillover to the donor channel(PE/APC) is
greater than the signal intensity in the Cy7 detector. I am not sure
what is the cause, light exposure, temperature or some other source.

This is happening to several customers and as far as I know the Ab
supply is fine( as checked out by capture beads). It appears to be
occurring during the sample processing stage. If these compounds are
extremely sensitive in handling, I would expect this more frequently
than currently seen.

I was planning on checking this phenomenon using some capture beads
and various temperature and/or light conditions.

If anyone has pursued this further please contact me.Thanks for your
help.
