Dear Flowers, we are evaluating to have in demo a Beckman Coulter Cell Lab Quanta (based on NPE analyzer) in our lab. What is your experience on this flow cytometer comparing other benchtop cytometers like BD FACSCalibur for DNA content and apoptosis analysis? How does it work absolute cell count comparing classical cell counter machine? What are real plus or minus aspects on this cytometer? Thanks in advances.
