Simona, > I have a problem with Fill and nozzle flush on Facs Vantage SE + > turbo optional > I work at 20 PSI and when the nozzle is clogged I put on fill and I > push the bottom nozzle flush, but the stream go to back very slowly > and is not enough to clean the nozzle. > This happen also when the nozzle is not clogged!! > We have found our VantageSE to be prone to problems with the solenoid valves controlling the sheath and suction. While these valves may not actually fail, they can become so clogged that replacement is easier than cleaning. It sounds like your nozzle flush valve is not opening. I think that is valve number 2 (I'm not in the lab to check). Open the panel with the fluidics controls and either check the bank of LEDs to see which one responds to the "Nozzle Flush" push button, or just trace the tubing. If you don't have a service contract and want to try fixing the problem yourself, try disconnecting the tubing to the valve top and bottom and flush through with detergent using a large syringe (while the "Nozzle Flush" button is pressed). Don't get the electronics wet.
