Calibur-DRAQ5+FITC+PE

Dear colleagues,

I have to determine the DNA content in some human lymphocyte populations 
in a Calibur. Therefore I want, and this is usually established, to 
differentiate the lymphocyte populations by antibodies with FITC and PE 
and to determine the DNA  not by 7-AAD but with DRAQ5 because I have 
heared, that DRAQ5 is better
than 7-AAD. Can I get from someone a protocoll concerning this 
procedure. How must I compensate PE and DRAQ5?
