YFP off a 535 nm green laser - isn't going to happen, is it?

Hi All,

Anyone ever attempt YFP off of a 535 nm green laser?  I know, a look at
the spectra, and you're at the upper edge of the excitation spectrum and
already in the middle of the emission peak.  (I'd rather have a 514 nm
for this, I know.)  Nonethess, I'd love to know if anyone has ever tried
it out.
