Hello,

I have used both the EPICS and the FACS Calibur for some pretty creative
bacteria work. Both work fine. Pick your flavor!

William

We do quite a bit of sorting of various bacteria on our MoFlo.	It
works very well. We trigger on log SSC. WE have never found it
necessary to use a fluorescence trigger as we can always resolve the
bacteria by scatter.
