GFP labelled virus infectivity by FACS

Hi,
 
I would like to monitor GFP-tagged HSV infection of cells using FACS.  I am wondering if anyone can suggest relevant references or has any advice.  Will FACS be sensitive enough to detect a small number of infected cells?
