human sperm telomere length by Flow-Fish

Dear Colleagues,

We have an investigator who wants to measure human sperm telomere
length using FLOW-FISH method.	So far no positive signal has been
detected although under microscope telomere is clearly seen after
staining sperm cells with telomere repeat sequence-specific PNA-CY3.

Any feed back is highly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.
