Hi Marc,

We're using a Melles Griot 10 mW 561 nm DPSS laser as an optional third
laser with our Vantage SE.  This is a yellowish green and is great for
exciting e.g. DsRed and HcRed.	The laser is very compact and easy to
use (no fiddling with its optics for instance!).  It appears to have
plenty of power for fluorescent proteins.

I notice that Melles Griot are now advertising a 20 mW model - that
would no doubt be even beter.
