Dear flowers, I'm using MoFlo cell sorter to sort DsRed labeled cells, I set PE channel (bandpass filter 580/30) for DsRed and PE-Cy5 channel (670/30) for 7AAD, it should not be but it turned out that the spillover from DsRed to 7AAD is above 40%, is there any problem with channel setting?
