Dear All, I'm interested to try the Miltenyi cytokine capture reagents for analysis and purification of cytokine secreting cells from human PBMC's or whole blood. The IL-10, IL-4 and IFNg are of particular interest. So before I start I'd appreciate any opinions, either good or bad and any suggestions anyone might have.
