Hi Charles.
I would export	FCS files and then use Flowjo to overlay the mean ratio's against time, It does a great job. You really need to look at line graphs, dot plots and density plots although colorful are misleading.

We are attempting to publish some calcium flux data from Indo experiments.

What is the best way to represent the differences observed between the

treatment groups. The investigator wants to overlay the plots, but the

DIVA software does not seem to allow for that. Also, is there any way to

smooth the plots in DIVA?

All ideas are welcome.
