Hi Charles. I would export FCS files and then use Flowjo to overlay the mean ratio's against time, It does a great job. You really need to look at line graphs, dot plots and density plots although colorful are misleading. What is the best way to represent the differences observed between the treatment groups. The investigator wants to overlay the plots, but the DIVA software does not seem to allow for that. Also, is there any way to smooth the plots in DIVA? All ideas are welcome. Charles A.
